Preston Hall founded PEGG Products in 2015 with the idea to transform corporate giveaways by delivering premium branded products that sustain meaningful customer engagement. This fresh approach combined with exceptional customer service is why PEGG was recently named the 3rd fastest-growing promotional products company in the country by Counselor magazine and counts everyone from multinational companies to small schools as clients. Hall brings his creativity and pragmatism to nearly every aspect of the business, from managing client and vendor relationships to working closely with PEGG’s production, accounting, sales and marketing teams. When he’s not at work, you can find Hall spending time with his wife Erin and their twin boys.

Donnell Avila

Sales and Operations Manager

Donnell Avila has vast experience in the promotional products industry. In her career she’s acted as everything from wholesaler to screen printer, embroiderer, distributor and supplier. At PEGG Products, she puts that depth of knowledge to work, overseeing projects from beginning to end—often down to taping boxes before they ship. Avila’s favorite thing about her job is the ability to make absolutely anything, and she prides herself on understanding each client’s brand and translating that knowledge into products that speak powerfully to their audience.

Charlynn Martin

Customer Service and Production Representative

Charlynn Martin has 20 years of experience in promotional products and commercial printing. At PEGG Products, she interfaces with clients and uses her intimate knowledge of the industry to assist the sales team on client projects. Martin enjoys that every day at PEGG is brand new—her duties may be similar but each project calls for something different. The constant is Martin’s commitment to character and helping PEGG clients achieve their business goals.

Marshall Motley

Account Manager

Marshall Motley arrived at PEGG Products with 11 years of experience as a sales representative in the commercial printing industry. On a typical day you’ll find him meeting with current and prospective clients, researching products, building presentations and monitoring orders. Motley’s philosophy is that relationships should come first in everything you do, and that approach has helped him build a loyal client base. He listens carefully to each customer’s needs, for results that exceed expectations.

Sue Burns

Customer Service Representative

Sue Burns has worked as a customer service representative in commercial printing and promotional products since 2006. She loves the unique camaraderie at PEGG Products, where she spends the workday communicating with clients over email and on the phone, placing new orders, tracking existing orders and processing invoices. She brings a strong work ethic and superior organizational skills to her job and enjoys ensuring each PEGG client gets exactly what they want.

William (Bill) Hanna


Bill has over 30 years of experience as the Chief Financial Officer for two international, manufacturing conglomerates reporting Billion dollar plus revenues in international markets. He is a retired CPA from Ernst & Young and has travelled world-wide on a consulting basis during his career. His skills span all aspects of finance and administration including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, plus all the normal functions associated with the controller’s position, its duties and responsibilities. Bill is an avid reader and has one book published with a second in progress.
